CopyWriter
The role
Pearl Lemon is looking for a creative Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for ads, publications, and websites. Your words will inform and engage target audiences.
POSSIBLE responsibilities will include
- Write clear, attractive copy
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with the PR & marketing team in marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
- Conduct high-quality research
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- Source images and other content
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
- Responsible for sales pipeline development by increasing lead acquisition on behalf of sales team
- Contact cold and warm leads by sending customized internal email sequences with the goal of booking a sales call with the sales team
Required skills and experience
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience with SEO
- Strong research skills
