What Purchase Of $100 Or Less Has Most Positively Impacted Your Life In The Last Six Months?
I’m loving my Lume Cube light! It’s stuck right on to the back of my monitor and no huge ring or messy cords needed. LOVE.
When You Feel Overwhelmed Or Unfocused, Or Have Lost Your Focus Temporarily, What Do You Do?
I have a good old fashioned kitchen timer at my desk! When it’s ticking away, I commit to stay on task.
What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?
AH, so many! From a LinkedIn example, its connection with tons of people each week. To me, that’s just total spam and hurts your brand!

In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?
I’ve really had time in the past five years to dive into my OWN mindset. I’m my own guru! I start each day meditation and visualizing, and it’s incredibly powerful.
What Is One Of The Best Or Most Worthwhile Investments You’ve Ever Made?
I invested heavily in a coaching program in 2020, and it’s honestly SO good to be operating on a higher level with other people at the same level!
If you could have a gigantic billboard anywhere with anything on it — what would it say and why?
A rising tide lifts all boats. I end each of my podcast episodes with that statement. Spreading the support and love is the best way to fill your life full of amazing people.
What careers advice would you give to your 21-year old self?
Listen to your gut more than other people!
How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success? Do you have a “favourite failure” of yours?
There was an incident surrounding my kids and their father and college that I won’t go into details on, but he bailed on something that I didn’t have the resources to pick up the bill for. I swore NEVER to be in that position again.
What advice would you give to a smart, driven college student about to enter the “real world”? What advice should they ignore?
Get experience in doing what you love, even if it’s offering your services for free. It will pay off in the long term.
Tell Us About Your Business. What Does It Do And What Value Do You Add?
I teach LinkedIn Marketing. I help people shine a light on their greatness and build relationships as if they’re peers with the most influential people in their industry.
What is the most significant thing that someone much younger than yourself has taught you?
People younger than me are creating careers that are focusing on their education and advancement, not longevity at one thing.
When did you first become a rebel?
LOL I love that you think all podcasters are rebels! For me, it’s been always. I come from a family of teachers with pensions and I’ve ALWAYAS been entrepreneurial. It wasn’t until I saw my actual 23 and me DNA results proving that I am, in fact, blood related to my family that I truly believed it!
How has Covid-19 changed your company?
We teach LinkedIn strategy, AKA virtual networking. Our company has grown significantly.
What are you NOT Very Good at?
I don’t really follow any particular digital marketing channels these days.

Sagittarius.
What did you have for breakfast this morning?
Avocado toast!
