This page analyses selected independently published client accounts on Clutch, including reported outcomes, limitations and criticism. This is written by Pearl Lemon, not independently audited or approved by Clutch.

How do independent clients describe the work?
At the source check on 13 October 2026, Clutch displayed 73 reviews and a 4.8/5 rating for Pearl Lemon. Reviews span different services and years; this selection is not representative of all engagements.
Remote case-management business: February 2026
A Clutch review titled SEO Services for Remote Case Management Company describes a November 2025–February 2026 engagement involving keyword research, technical audits and content optimization. The reviewer reported improved rankings and responsive delivery. The review did not provide independent traffic or revenue verification. Read the original project account.
SBS Coaching School: November 2025
The Clutch account describes SEO work undertaken between January and October 2025. The reviewer reported improvements in organic visibility, search rankings and enrolment enquiries, alongside a wish for earlier clarity about timelines and deliverables. No independently audited enrolment or revenue figure is given. Read the coaching-school review.
Cleanroom monitoring company: October 2025
In a third Clutch project account, the reviewer described technical SEO and topical content work. They reported approximately 18% more organic impressions and a 10% increase in click-through rate across an early three-month period, while suggesting that reporting cadence and task visibility could improve. These are client-reported figures, not an independently verified commercial return; the starting denominators are not supplied here. Examine the complete third-party account.
What about critical feedback?
Not every public project was positive. Clutch also displays a low-scoring July 2022 account of an IT-development company’s outbound lead-generation campaign. The reviewer alleged that approximately 800 LinkedIn outreaches and 300 emails resulted in no conversions, and criticised communication and follow-up. A business response appears on Clutch. This is a historical reviewer’s account about a different service from the three SEO projects above, not an independently adjudicated factual finding. It should be read directly, along with the response. Read positive and negative reviews on Clutch.
What these reports can and cannot prove
Independent publication is not independent auditing: Clutch publishes submitted project reviews and describes verification practices, but an agency’s public summary does not verify underlying invoices, Google Search Console access or downstream sales. A ranking change is not the same as an enquiry; an enquiry is not a sale. Historic work does not guarantee similar results for the next customer.
Context matters: confirm the service line, project period, sector, scope and whether the outcome came from a reviewer report, an agency case study or underlying operational records. See the complete independent-sources guide.
How buyers should use these reviews
Ask which starting metrics, deliverables and project dates will be documented. Confirm who is responsible for reporting and implementation. Distinguish rankings and enquiries from actual revenue, and agree how issues are escalated.
