The difference is the storage and the unlimited list board and calendar views. You get unlimited integrations with the paid plan and dashboards as well as a few other features that you can use. So that’s quite interesting on how little it costs. It’s quite interesting to see how little it costs for this tool, especially with all that it offers, I feel like.
So what we’re going to do today is that I’m going to actually run through some of the features on the website itself, just because they do a great job of explaining it. And it’s kind of hard to run through the dashboard, because it can get a little confusing.
But afterwards, I will go into the dashboard, so you can see how it looks. So here we are with the feature section of the website. So you’ll see a few pictures and get to kind of see how the dashboard looks. But I also go over mine just in case. So they have a everything view where you can just view everything all in one place.
Don’t confuse this as the dashboard, because you can have different dashboards, this is just an overview of what you can view. They also offer space, folders, and lists. So this is just a way to kind of organize teams, departments or organized for yourself, because you can utilize this tool you know strictly for you if you want to.
So these are the different templates and different spaces that you can kind of have, you don’t have to stick to specifically one you can stick to multiple depending on your pricing plans. But overall, there’s quite a bit on what you can view here. So really interesting and really would enjoy seeing. Then we have the automation section where you can routine automations and work processes, the templates I previously mentioned, you can have templates for tasks checklists, Docs, and more.
And then you have the relationship section, which is basically you can link tasks, documents and integrations, this just kind of helps everything flow a lot better. And you have some integrations that you can use. As I mentioned, they have a and – here are just the common overview of the tools. You have tasks, docs, goals, import apps, and integrations. And overall, there’s quite a bit that you can do. So hopefully that kind of gives you an idea of just a few things that this tool offers. Because they’re – I really like that they make little changes to make big impact. So that’s really interesting to see. Let’s go ahead and look at my dashboard. So here we are at the website, and we are at the space section.
So this space is just basically your space, and which is pretty straightforward. This is where you can make the template and I chose the task management template. There’s others that you’ve seen on the website that I showed you. But this is just an example. And you get a folder within this space, you’re more than welcome to create others as well. So you’re not sticking just to one templates that’s very helpful to see.
So this is just how this one looks. This is a task management, you have an assignee a due date. You can check it off if you want to and just organize different types of task management projects. Then we have the dashboard section. So the dashboard section is what made to view different types of analytics or different types of progress, depending on what you want to see, such lets go ahead and click on one.
So how you set up your dashboard is you’re basically adding widgets. So widgets can be a variety of things. You can view a task list, you can view the workload status, time reporting a task by the assignee. So it is completely up to you on what you want to view, you can have multiple dashboards as well. So if you want to keep one just specifically for, you know, analytics or tracking, you can do calculation and time reporting. And then on another dashboard, you can do the chat as well.
So you just simply click on one and just add the widget, they give an overview of how the widget looks. And that’s pretty much it. So you can add widgets on here. And they don’t take up the whole page unless you click on it, and you want to further see that information.
Overall, that’s pretty much it for the dashboards, the docs is pretty straightforward. This is just kind of a new way to organize and organize the ones that are assigned to you and the shared and the private. So let’s just go ahead and add a new doc. And when it means by Doc, the tool itself does offer a doc-like setup, not referring to Google Docs, it just offers a doc setup.
So this is here you have the title, the description. And basically, you can use this for pretty much anything and you can share the doc if you want to you can be as creative as you want to. So it’s really interesting to see.
Next, we have the goal section. So the goal section is at the very top right here, it hides a bit.
So definitely make sure that you can see that you just simply put the goal name and the goal owner, as well as who has access to this goal. And that’s pretty much it. So this is very helpful for tracking progress and just constantly improving.
So overall, if you want to get the most out of this tool, I would recommend clicking this plus sign right here. They go over different things such as the, such as booking a consultation, running through the onboarding, process, looking at videos, FAQs, etc, and so forth.
So definitely don’t ignore this tool just because it’s a bit overwhelming, feel free to ask for help, because I definitely would recommend it. I really liked that they have these two features right here, the request a feature because it just overall keeps an open communication.
And for those who may have cons because they’re missing a certain feature, they can request it. And for those that are experiencing bug issues, you can submit a bug as well. So I really like the setup that they have in how open they are.
And I really appreciate this resource center, running into the pros and cons.
- Every feature has a purpose to manage everything
- Create multiple folders with different objectives
- Find a view and template that suits you
- Choose your priorities with widgets
- Can be a bit overwhelming but they have a resource center
